FULL WARRANTY DETAILS ARE SUPPLIED ON EVERY SALES INVOICE. VINTAGE WATCHES MAY CARRY A SHORTER WARRANTY PERIOD DEPENDING ON AGE.

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase a timepiece from DARRENREAY.COM you may request a full refund within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly refund your transaction in full via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The only condition of this policy is that the item is undamaged, in the exact same condition as when it left our offices and has not been worn in the case of new watches. To request your refund you must contact us using any of the methods shown below and explain why you are requesting a full refund. Once your claim has been approved you can then send the item back. Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase a timepiece from DARRENREAY.COM you may request to exchange the item within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. The only condition of this policy is that the item is undamaged and in the exact same condition as when it left our offices and has not been worn in the case of new watches. To exchange an item simply send it back to our address via Royal Mail Special Delivery with FULL insurance. Include with the item your full name, address, invoice and details of the item you would like to exchange for. Please send to the following address:

Anti-Fraud Prevention

All credit card & debit card orders will be checked rigorously to verify the billing address matches with the banks records. -We will not process an order without the security code from the rear of your card which will be checked with the issuing bank -Our server uses 128 Bit SSL Encryption to ensure your details are safe. -Due to the high value of our items we are in constant touch with the Fraud Squad and any fraudulent attempts will be reported immediately to them -We will only delivery to the credit card holders address. Exceptions may be made in the case of established clients who are known to us. -Every fraud attempt will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. -We record every detail regarding the transaction including your IP/MAC address of your PC. -Telephone calls concerning card payments may be monitored or recorded and used in conjunction with court cases concerning fraud.
